•   The clinic will run at the times sepcified above.
•  Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the clinic and no later than 45minutes before the end of the clinic time to ensure you are seen on time.
•  On arrival at the venues, please follow the signs to the Hajj Clinic (Room number will be made available on the day)
•  You must report to the registration desk where you will be given your booking and call number.
•  The clinic will run on a first come first served basis.
•  Please note, pre-payment required to secure a vaccination on the day, as it is too late to process payment, vaccinations will be offered on a first come first served basis subject to cleared payment on the day (if you have paid then your booking is secure).

A meningococcal [ACWY] vaccination and certificate is a mandatory visa requirement for those travelling for Hajj and Umrah.
