Important Guidelines

1. Passport Validity
Ensure that all passports have a minimum validity of six months from the estimated return date from Hajj. Failure to meet this requirement may lead to delays or rejection during the application process.

2. Smartphone and Email Address Requirement
All group members (where applicable) must have access to a smartphone and a unique personal email address. These are essential for completing the Nusuk Hajj registration and for receiving important notifications.

3. Subaddressing for Companions Without an Email Address
If a companion does not have an email address, you may use email subaddressing (e.g., yourname+companion1@example.com), a feature supported by most major email providers.
Important: Ensure that each subaddress is correctly set up and tested before submitting any information to Nusuk Hajj.

4. Do Not Use Work Emails or Phones
Avoid using work-issued email addresses or phone numbers for registration purposes. Personal contact details help maintain uninterrupted access to your account and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

5. Use desktop/Laptop browser
For the best experience, use the Nusuk Hajj platform on a desktop or laptop browser. The website is not fully optimised for mobile or small devices.

To manage your family members, log in to your profile and select the “My Family” option from the left-hand menu. Follow the on-screen instructions to add or remove individuals as needed.

Important Notes:
