By the grace of Almighty we have been oversubscribed for the Hajj clinic tonight. Regretfully any bookings made since Tuesday 6th Sept have been put on a waiting list and you will have been notified of this. However, if you would like the ACWY immunisation and would like to chance it, please come to the Al-Hikmah centre at 8:30pm with full payment in cash and if there are any spare jabs left we will administer it for you. Alternatively, please continue to book online for our next clinic which has been provisionally booked in for Tuesday 4th October, 2011(Yorkshire).

• FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PAID AND BOOKED WITH A UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER YOU WILL HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING.
• PLEASE ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 15 MINS BEFORE YOUR ALLOCATED BOOKING TIME SLOT.
• DUE TO THE POPULARITY OF THE CLINIC AND NUMBERS BOOKED, PLEASE BE PATIENT IN PARTICULAR GO EASY ON OUR VOLUNTEERS AND DOCTORS WHO HAVE GIVEN UP THEIR TIME TO PROVIDE THIS SERVICE.  REMEMBER YOUR JOURNEY FOR HAJJ STARTED THE MINUTE YOU MADE YOUR INTENTION AND YOU WILL BE TESTED UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE HAJJ.

Allah tells us that He loves those who are patient, and that is the greatest encouragement. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“And Allaah loves As-Saabiroon (the patient)” [Aal ‘Imraan 3:146]

• PLEASE HAVE YOUR UNIQUE REFERENCE NUMBER TO HAND.
• FOR THOSE ON THE WAITING AND HAVE PAID, YOUR BOOKING TIME IS 8:30PM SUBJECT TO VACCINATIONS BEING AVAILABLE.  IF NO VACCINES ARE AVAILABLE A FULL REFUND
  WILL BE ISSUED.

Update: Wednesday 7th September, 2011

• All those who have booked online will have received a booking reference number BT-XXX for you to use when making payment.
• If you have paid, you will have received an email confirmation.
• If you have not received an email confirmation, then please call us on 0845 833 4145 immediately.
• If you have received you unique reference number and have not paid, your booking is not confirmed and you will need to make payment by Thursday 8th September 2011 – 1pm.
• Any payments received after Wednesday 6th September 12pm will be put on waiting and we will confirm your booking slot by Friday 9th September 2011.

Due to the popularity of the clinic, we will beannouncing a further date after the clinic on 9th September for Yorkshire. PLEASE CONTINUE TO BOOK ONLINE so that we can plan for the numbers.

The cost of the vaccination is £25 which includes a FREE vaccination certificate.
A meningococcal (ACWY) vaccination and certificate is a mandatory visa requirement for those travelling for Hajj & Umrah.
