Verification & eWallets

Once your profile has been successfully verified, you will receive an official confirmation email from Nusuk stating that your “Audit has been Completed.”

If your profile has not been verified, there is no need for concern. The Nusuk team reviews applications in stages and there is no time frame from submission. In cases where verification is not successful, you will be notified with guidance on how to correct the information and resubmit. This is a standard part of the process.

After your profile verification is complete, please log in to Nusuk Hajj and complete the following two steps:

Nusuk Hajj Registration Step 5: Select Your Preferred Package
Choose whether your preferred package is “shifting” or “non-shifting,” and select the package type: Standard, Premium, or Luxury. Completion of this step is mandatory; however, there are no restrictions on the final package type you purchase.

Nusuk Hajj Registration Step 6: Activate Your eWallet
Activate your eWallet to prepare for transferring funds once packages become available.
Note: Your bank or card provider may apply fixed fees or a percentage-based foreign transfer charge. We recommend comparing options, as these fees can accumulate significantly. According to Nusuk’s Terms and Conditions, you may withdraw funds you have topped up, but a processing fee of 1.5% plus VAT will be deducted from the refund amount.

Choose between Shifting and Non-Shifting packages. (Click here for an explanation of Shifting and Non-Shifting options.)

Then choose between Standard, Premium or Luxury.

Important: You are not required to physically top up your eWallet in order to activate it, simply completing the process to select a card or bank is sufficient.

According to Nusuk Hajj Terms and Conditions, you may withdraw any topped-up funds; however, a processing fee of 1.5% plus VAT will be deducted from the total refunded.
