Update: 16/9/11
The london Clinic at the LMC 17/9/11 is all booked.  Any spare vaccinations will be offered after 4pm at the LMC.  If you have not pre-registered or received a booking number, you will need to come to the clinic.  Those who have paid will have received a confrimation email.  All those that have paid, please bring proof of payment to avoid any delays and quote your booking number.

We will post updates via twitter @cbhuk on the day.

Please note we will only have intermittent email access over the weekend.

[important]  UPDATE September 13th 2011: Your are receiving this email as we have not yet received payment for the ACWY vaccination.

Important Notes:

• All those who have booked online will have received a booking  reference number LN-XXX for you to use when making payment.

• If you have paid by Tuesday 13/9/11 1pm, you will shortly be receiving an email confirmation of your booking.

• New Bookings and payments for pre-bookings made after Tuesday 13/9/11 1pm will be put on a waiting list and on a first come first served basis

• If you have received you unique reference number and have not  paid, your booking is not confirmed and you will need to make payment by  Wednesday 14th September 2pm to qualify to be on the waiting list (this does not guarantee a booking)

• If you have been successful then your booking will be confirmed by Thursday 15th September 2011.  If you have been unsuccessful you will be offered an alternative date/venue.

• If you have paid and feel you should not have received this email, please email us immediatley stating time, date, payment method and branch where you made payment and any refernce numbers used.  A copy of the payment slip can be emailed to help track your order.

The CBH has confirmed the Southern Region venue for its Hajj Vaccination clinic at the London Muslim Centre (East London Mosque).The clinic is being supported by the LMC as a community initiative and the Hajj Megastore.

The cost of the vaccination is £25 which includes a FREE vaccination certificate.
A meningococcal (ACWY) vaccination and certificate is a mandatory visa requirement for those travelling for Hajj & Umrah.
