The annual hajj pilgrimage is the highlight of many millions of lives. But unfortunately it is often ruined by criminal tour operators who con unsuspecting Muslims out of money and mislead them over what they will get when they arrive in Saudi Arabia. The council of British Hajjis, which works towards the interests of around 25 thousand British pilgrims, says the problem is growing and that 15% of pilgrims will have fallen victim to a hajj tour fraudster. Guests were Rashid Mogradia who’s the CEO of the Council of British Hajjis, and PC Asif Sadiq, who’s Chairman of the Muslim Consultative Committee in the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau.
